- while I had mentioned my total budget in our initial agreement, Carhy later had mentioned a travel fee that added to the cost of the food, would be over the budget. He quickly corrected and honoured the price we agreed upon
- Both the painting instructor and Chef C had a call time of 4pm. Chef C only showed up around 6. Fortunately for us, this did not cause and issue for the flow of the event. Guests started with the painting while Chef C set up and the food was served once everything was ready to go.
Overall my experience was great. Carhy was more than happy to tailor the menu based in the number of guests I was expecting and the win that would be paired with the food. That attention to detail is directly in line with the elevated premium experience I want to offer all HPS event attendees. I look forward to working with him again and would recommend his services without a doubt.
